That's why at Mountain Chic Hair Lounge, we ask that you please arrive on time for your appointment. Failure to do so may take away from the full experience or may be cause for rescheduling.
Mountain Chic Hair Lounge is a small Boutique Salon and we do not have a receptionist, stylist are often too busy to come to the phone. Best way for you not to miss out is to use our online booking. It is in real time and accurate to our availability and same day appointment can be made up to 30 minutes prior. If you are unsure what services to book, we also offer 15 minutes complimentary consultation to answer all your questions.
We do not offer refunds on services.
If you are unhappy with your service, please contact us within 7 days and we will do our best to remedy the situation.
Any complimentary correction appointment must be booked in within 14 days from your original appointment.
All products that are sold at the salon are final sale. We do not offer refunds or exchange.
We get it, sometimes life happens! As a courtesy to our stylists, we kindly ask that you please give us 24 hours notice should you need to cancel or make changes to your appointment. Any last minute changes or cancellations with less then 24 hours notice will result in a 50% charge. Any no show will be subject to 100% charge.
Please note that our cancelation policy is strictly enforced.
We require credit card details for every booking in order to hold an appointment.
Alternatively, a deposit can also be made.
Please be advised that tardiness may result in a lesser service.
Should there no longer be enough time to perform the service, you will be subject to our no show policies, it would be at the discretion of the stylist to cancel the appointment and charge full price.
Guests who are habitually late or repeatedly fail to meet our 24 hours cancellation policy will not be permitted to pre-book appointments. Any guest that has exhibited this behavior too many times will still be welcome, but only on a Walk-in basis should there be availability.
